Yum features in several ways: as an appetizer, individual dish or eaten with rice in a main course. The key to cook this dish depends on a tasty dressing which then will be mixed with other ingredients, meat, vegetables and herbs at last. It is recommended to eat immediately right after cooked. Yum therefore should be freshly cooked for the most deliciousness and high nutrition. Counted as a low-calorie diet, it is an ideal food for those who concern their weight or on a #diet.
